Any party to a nonadjudicative investigation may request the Commission to take particular action with respect to that investigation. Such requests shall be filed by letter addressed to the Secretary, shall be placed by the Secretary in the record, and shall be served on all other parties. The Commission shall take such action or make such response as it deems appropriate. \[90 FR 233, Jan. 3, 2025\]
